Luca De Michelis graduated with a degree in economics from Bocconi University in Milan.
From 1991 to 1996, he worked in M&A and leveraged finance at Citibank, executing a wide variety of financing transactions. He then joined Lehman Brothers, where he was involved in the capital markets.
He has served as C.E.O. of Venice-based publishing house Marsilio Editori since 2008. He is also C.E.O. of Marsilio Arte.
